Thanks for filling in our questionnaire!

As you may have noticed, we recently conducted our biannual customer satisfaction survey. After analysing the results, we are pleased to announce that were received an average score of 8.5! 

Your feedback showed that personal contact with our team is especially appreciated (with an impressive score of 9.2!). At the same time, we see opportunities to better highlight our various product groups and the features of the personal dashboard on the website. 

We would like to thank everyone for their valuable feedback and many positive responses. We will translate the results of this survey into concrete plans for improvement and some well-deserved pats on the back!
